Excited for SWING at Victory Field on Friday, Sept. 27? Us too! In advance of the signature charity event benefiting Indianapolis Indians Charities to fund its 2025 grant recipients, we wanted to share some important information regarding SWING.
ARRIVAL
If using rideshare services like Uber or Lyft, drop-off should be near the main Victory Field parking lot entrance off Maryland Street/Washington Street. You will enter Victory Field through the Third Base Gate.
Upon entrance at the Third Base Gate, please scan your mobile or printed ticket. You may then walk the red carpet, take photos and grab a welcome cocktail. More information about how to access your digital tickets can be foundhere.
INSIDE THE BALLPARK

Come hungry and enjoy savory ballpark bites from over 40 local restaurants and treat yourself to a drink from one of many bar locations. Food on the concourse will be available starting at 7 PM and will remain available while supplies last.
Purchase a bling ring for $50 and enter to win a pair of 14 carat white gold, rose cut, natural, black diamond solitaire studs or a 14 carat white gold, cushion cut, natural salt and pepper diamond necklace from Master Jewelers!
Purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win two (2) Taylor Swift suite tickets courtesy of Daniel's Vineyard. Cash, debit and credit cards will be accepted. Winners will be announced at 10:30 PM.
Live on-field entertainment (weather permitting) begins with The Sound Society Radio Show performing from 7-9 PM, followed by Legacy from 9:30-11:30 PM. Guests can also enjoy an appearance by DJ Mynd.
Last call is at 11:15 PM and the event closes at 11:30 PM.

WEATHER
The event will go on rain or shine unless weather is deemed too severe by Indianapolis Indians Charities and Victory Field staff. We will let you know by 3 PM Friday if the event is canceled.
